CMH Isuzu East Rand had their second overall performance achievers awards on 17 June 2021. All the employees gathered for the announcement of the overall performance achievers in various departments. This initiative is to encourage employees and show hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed.
Employee recognition in the workplace must be a vital part of a company’s culture. In today’s work environment, companies with more satisfied and engaged employees know when to compromise and when to stand firm. These companies have excellent interpersonal skills and a larger professional network.
It’s always the little things you do that make a big difference in the workplace, every time you acknowledge an employee for their efforts, it raises the bar for others to achieve. Therefore, we as a dealership felt the need to show our gratitude as a token of appreciation, though the decision wasn’t an easy one as only a few had to be nominated.
These employees amongst others work tirelessly well under pressure and can calmly analyse and solve problems as the Motor Industry requires hard work and dedication, therefore with focus and teamwork, it makes it very pleasurable for all of them.
